1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jlber platform at jlber.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form the legal agreement between you ("the player") and jlber ("the Company," "we," "us").

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

jlber supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Deposits: Funds are credited to your jlber account promptly after confirmation from your payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlber does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during business days. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for deposits where possible.

• jlber reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals over certain amounts.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement is fully met.
• Deposits made using promotional methods may be subject to additional verification steps.
• jlber is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Betting Rules

• Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the jlber system and a confirmation is displayed on your screen.

• Settled bets will not be reversed except in cases where event results are officially revised by the governing body.

• Live betting (in-play) bets are subject to live odds that change in real time. The odds shown at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
